"Outstanding Service!"

Truly outstanding service from Mike and his crew with DNI. They were on time, worked hard all day, did a very organized and professional install. They replaced 2 entire HVAC systems in one day. The entire crew were friendly, took the time to explain things, and were really focused on a quality job, not just getting it done and getting out. The office staff were friendly and responsive. We went from purchase to install in 4 business days, which is amazing, especially in the current climate! I can give an unreserved endorsement to DNI for service on our old system, and now on the purchase and install of the new one.

DNI just finished up working on our house today installing a new AC unit in our attic that heats and cools our 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (7 vents all together) on our second story. Our second story only had baseboard heat no ac unless we used window ac units. They also relocated our 2 existing installed from another company mini split units to better locations to actually help cool our house down. They were great from start to finish and even sent more guys so they could get us AC faster. The entire process from the estimate with Isaac to the work being completed was about 10 days. This company is the best one we have worked with and will have our continued business. The technicians that came to our house were professional, polite, informative and extremely helpful with any questions or concerns! We had the pleasure of working with Chris, Johnny, Angel and Zach. A huge shoutout to Chris- he went beyond any expectations and was very thorough with explained our new unit and how to properly work with it.

DNI is an amazing company and I honestly cannot recommend them enough! They are also a locally owned company that is based right here in the Front Range where many others might appear to be - but actually aren't. The other thing to look out for is companies who only want to "test" your equipment (for a fee), yet have zero clue how to actually diagnose AND fix the problem. OR they want to sell you new equipment when you don't need it. DNI has literally been the only company I've run into that sends out experienced and knowledgable technicians every time, do awesome work and are also super easy work with!

Two years ago DNI installed a new HVAC system to replace our failing 20 year old system. They went over and above - there was a lot of work that wasn't apparent until they got into the job. But they held to their (very reasonable) quote even though it took considerably longer than anyone expected. So when we had problems with a different A/C unit this week, we called them back - and again got excellent service. Highly recommend this company! - Barrac did a great job.

Angel was our technician who came to do routine maintenance for our furnace. He was friendly, knowledgeable and greatly appreciated him offering to wear foot coverings on his boots since our carpet is new! Angel explained everything he did and was thorough. I hope he is the tech who comes next spring to do the routine check on our AC!

Angel, Brayden and Wyatt were the technicians on the job. They were on time, we’re super courteous and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to take out the old furnace and air conditioner and replace it. This new system is so much quieter and will be more efficient and smart.

Changed my air filter and suddenly the AC wasn’t turning on. Tried all the simple troubling shooting but nothing worked. Barrac was able to come and fix things quickly in a pinch. Come to find out a wire came loose during the filter switch. It was 90 today and my place was starting to boil so much appreciated. Thanks so much! Highly recommend.

Just had a new system installed today, Mike and his crew were excellent to work with. They all were very respectful of our home and went above and beyond to make sure they kept everything protected. The job was done in a timely manner and they took the time to explain what they were doing and why whenever I asked. Walked me through the set up of my thermostat and how to properly change my air filter. When they left their work area was cleaner then when they found it. Thank you all so much.

"Quick Response Time!"

Our boiler went out and we were completely without heat. DNI’s on call weekend service technician helped me do some troubleshooting over the phone just to make sure there wasn’t an easy fix. Levi came the next day for a service call and quickly found and fixed the problem. He explained the repair and made sure we had heat before he finished. Very appreciative of the excellent and responsive service!

DNI installed an AC unit for me well over a year ago. I’m writing this review because of my experience with their follow-up and warranty service. Their price was reasonable and it appeared they had a good reputation. Although there were a few issues that went along with the installation, the owner called me and ensured me he wanted to make things right. He did. I understand sometimes things don't go well on large projects, but DNI definitely made it right. I appreciate that.

Steele from DNI was fantastic. Explained everything he needed to do to diagnose and then fix our problem. He was able to get our Cold Trap back to proper working temperatures in a very timely manner. We understand our system better and know what to watch for in the future to keep our system working as it is intended. We highly recommend DNI for any industrial refrigeration applications.
